Policies and Information:
-Terms of Payment
Any parts or services
required from Select Performance Inc. must have payment remitted
by means of cash, cashiers check, money order, personal check,
or credit card. Any orders requesting COD shipment must present
a cashier's check for payment. All other orders must be prepaid.
Pre-payment by means of cashier's check will provide immediate
shipment and/or initiation of services. Pre-payment by means
of personal check or money order will be subject to a 10 working
day processing period. Pre-payment by means of credit card, Master
Card or Visa will also provide immediate shipment and/or initiation
of services providing a successful authorization and security
check of the card is obtained. Under no circumstances will exceptions
to these terms be granted, Select Performance Inc. maintains
no open accounts.
-Shipping
All orders excluding transmissions are shipped United Parcel
Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx) unless otherwise noted
or specified. Transmissions are shipped via truck freight.
-Part Return Policy
Return authorization is required for any merchandise wishing
to be returned. New and unused parts may be returned up to 30
days from date of purchase for refund or credit. Any non-stocking
parts such as custom build or special order equipment may not
be returned. All returns must be submitted with an original Select
Performance Inc. invoice in the name of the person returning
the product. Select Performance Inc. accepts no responsibility
for freight charges on any returned items.
-Warranty (30 Day)
Select Performance Inc. offers a limited warranty covering all
new products for 30 days and all repair service for thirty days
from the original date of purchase to be free from flaws in material
and craftsmanship. The warranty is non-transferable. Warranty
does not cover installation (remove & replace charges), freight
and handling charges, improper installation, improper maintenance,
improper shift linkage adjustment, misuse of product, costs incurred
due to downtime of vehicle, damage to related components, abuse,
disassembly, weather exposure, modifications, unauthorized repair,
normal wear and tear. The Transmission and Converter warranty
does not provide for or cover failure to provide adequate cooling
or proper fluid level and transmission fluid. If any product
is suspected of being defective, it must be returned for immediate
inspection (prepaid freight) to Select Performance after permission
is given.
-Liability
In no manner, neither written nor implied, does Select Performance
Inc. accept liability for consequential or incidental damages
to person or property resulting from the use or misuse of its
products. Product failure occurring within the stipulations of
the warranty policy will be dealt with explicitly under those
particular guidelines.
